20/09/2017: Millers supported by brothers in arms

Alberto Antolini, the owner of Ocrim together with his brother Sergio Antolini, who in turn owns Paglirani the Italian packaging company, hosted the 7th Ocrim 'Flour, Wheat and ...' days in Cortona, Italy this past weekend - from Friday September 15 to Sunday September 17, 2017.

The conference day looked not only at milling equipment, but also at how flour improvers, enzymes and  additives impact the production of standardised and consistent-quality flour production. Several other speakers focused on machinery developments, such as the new antimicrobial sieve which helps protect flour 'from the inside' and relies on industrial diamonds to support the process.

Over 200 delegates from around the world attend this year's event. Full reports to follow in upcoming editions of Milling and Grain magazine.

Here, Alberto Antolini and Sergio Antolini explain more behind the concept of their companies and the progress they are making for millers everywhere.
