15/05/2017: Timetable for Arable Conference at Cereals released

 The Arable Conference 2017 in association with De Lacy Executive (agriculture’s recruitment specialists), have produced a timetable detailing their debates, panel sessions and practical technical seminars that share the latest research, understanding and arguments on the most topical subjects.


 One of note, ‘The Brexit debate’, continues at this year’s Cereals event. This time, panellists will discuss what the future is likely to hold. 

 Taking place at 1030AM on Wednesday June 14, 2017, the panellists are set to include the Secretary of State, Meurig Raymond (NFU President) and Sire Peter Kendall (AHDB Chair) as well as David Caffall (Chief Executive of the Agricultural Industries Confederation).

 There will be practical technical seminars too. Topics include; farming without glyphosate, turning data and technology into profit, the sustainability of arable production without livestock, agroforestry, and innovations in plant breeding, intercropping and crop nutrition.
